The month of October has very full of activities, we hope to contribute to the objectives MILSET
• Contribution and promotion of science and technology for and by young people;
• hierarchies recovery professional, scientific and research methods;
• Awareness of scientific and technological culture;
• Active participation in environmental protection and sustainable development;
• Incitement to judicious use of scientific progress in a humane and peaceful spirit ;
• Development of international exchanges for better mutual understanding and cultural collaborations;
• Stimulation of youth for the assessment of its achievements.

To this end our Secretariat has Astronomy events ANTOGAFAGASTA - CHILE and space week in Lima, we hope to contribute to the great financial effort of organizations like the UN. World Bank to disseminate astronomy as a science to raise the profile of students in mathematics and physics. What if I can comment with great concern that after attending the National Science Fair in Peru, I saw a single project on Astronomy, that tells us that international efforts have not been the result even though LIMA HAS A VOID astronomical culture, for the sky closed.
